• Calamus
• Kola nut
• Guarana
• Sutherlandia Frutescens

Usage
Add 1 tablespoon of this spice mix to 150ml of water and slowly bring to the boil while stirring. After 10-15 minutes, turn off the heat and let it cool completely. When the tea is at drinking temperature, it can be consumed.
